Jeni is such a light and a true joy to work with.
We were fortunate to have her there for my scheduled cesarean. This was my second c-section and Jeni provided a sense of peace and calm for both myself and my husband - something that seemed unattainable during the birth of my first. From the lavender towels to the sense of "everything will be alright" every time I looked over at her - she provided the perfect support system. Added bonus - she took amazing pictures of the birth that we will be able cherish forever!

Erin, Lauren and Jeni were amazing! Erin assisted at my first delivery and it made all the difference. I couldn’t have done it without her! She was there through my entire labor and helped me achieve the birth I had desired. Lauren is so helpful and always willing to provide feedback/answer questions to anything I may need. All the staff at platinum doula collective were amazing and I highly recommend them for your next birth!

Lauren was absolutely amazing as my doula for the birth of our baby girl. She was always so supportive and available throughout my whole pregnancy. Her coaching, positive demeanor and presence at the birth at the hospital was a huge contributing factor to my positive birth experience and ability to have a natural birth. I would highly recommend! She will be my doula for all future babies!

Jeni and her team were incredible. I had my first baby in October and the first two weeks felt like I was drowning. Then came the girls from the Doula Platinum Collective to the rescue. All very knowledgeable and sweet women who made me feel safe to ask for help with my daughter. They cared for her at night so I could be the best mom I could be all day. I am forever grateful to this team of women and look forward to working with them again for baby number 2.

This is my second time working with Doula Platinum Collective and both times have been wonderful.
My first experience was during Covid so Jeni was with us over the phone. Since this was our first child, my husband and I really appreciated and valued having Jeni to text with and talk to during the whole labor and delivery process - especially since we encountered several serious complications. Jeni was with us day and night - and afterward! Jeni was instrumental in my postpartum mental health. After my first child was born I was very down, overwhelmed, and extremely anxious. I remember sitting on my bed crying while feeding my 10 day old. I told my husband I needed help and he suggested calling Jeni. She listened to me, validated my experience, gave me suggestions to try and, after implementing these, that was my first step toward really feeling better. I can not convey enough how much her conversation and follow up helped me.
My second time working with Platinum, I had Erin with me and she was/is such a safe, calming presence. Even though we knew what to expect this time, she was a steady rock and gentle encourager for both my husband and I. She was with us for two separate days: when we got to the hospital, found out the baby was breech, talked with us about options, and then coached me through a painful (but successful) ECV. She came back the entire next day to coach me through delivery. With her help, my husband and I were able to have a calm, focused birth. Our first birth had so many medical complications so I didn’t know any different. Thankfully this one was less complicated and I can honestly say that Erin coached me and helped facilitate the atmosphere in the room so I could have a beautiful and fully present experience.
After both births we also used the postpartum doula service to help get through the first few weeks. This is an invaluable service! The first time having someone watch your newborn can be a bit nerve wrecking but, as soon as I met Debi, I felt ok leaving my baby in her care. Then, after four hours of continuous sleep, I felt alive again! Each postpartum doula we’ve worked with has been wonderful and I would strongly encourage any soon-to-be parent to use this service if possible. (Maybe a doula fund in lieu of gifts?)
Finally, in addition to the support listed above, I can unequivocally say that Jeni, Erin, Debi, and Shaneke with Platinum Collective made my birth experiences the best they could be. Thank you all so much!

My husband and I had such an amazing experience with Erin from Platinum Collective. She was always available and checked in frequently during our nine month journey. When labor finally came, she was constantly checking in and arrived at the perfect time. She instantly helped set the mood with Lights/diffuser/music. During my entire labor she was the absolute best support and so calming for both myself and my husband. I don’t know what we would have done without her throughout the whole day. She was the perfect balance of motivation, distraction, and encouragement. We are so grateful for her and will certainly be using her again in the future!

Had the blessing of using Jeni for the birth of our second son, and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. Between the fast response rate and ease of each transaction, the actual birth itself was magical. I counted on Jeni for updates, grounding, affirmations, reminders and general comfort. Her knowledge and experience was so reassuring and made this just a beautiful experience for us as a couple. Very thankful to have been able to use this service (and Jeni!).

I HIGHLY recommend Jeni and Erin! Jeni was my doula while trying to have a natural birth with twins, she was available throughout the entire process and our big extremely long day that ended in a c section. I didn’t want to know much about the process so it was nice to have someone experienced supporting me and making every effort to make me as comfortable as possible. She also knew all the hospital staff which was amazing! Erin was our night nurse for the first few months. She was SO knowledgeable and gave us suggestions which we really appreciated being a first time parents. We couldn’t wait for Erin to arrive so we could go to sleep without worrying about the babies in the next room (and also so we could ask her a million questions!). They both have wonderful personalities that anyone could get along with! Jeni and Erin are fantastic!
