We had the absolute BEST experience with Jeni and her company. Debi was our night nurse for over three weeks and she was AMAZING. She took the best care of our sweet girl and relieved so much stress. We slept well knowing our baby girl was in the best hands. I would use them over and over and over again!! Thanks so much.

Cannot recommend The Doula Platinum Collective enough! Maternity leave is such a hectic time, being able to count on getting a good nights rest knowing my baby girl was in the best hands was the greatest gift. Debi and Jeni are ANGELS - true experts, so communicative and loving. I wish I would have known about this service for my firstborn! GAME CHANGER

I hardly know where to start, but I cannot begin to say how amazing The Doula Platinum Collective is. I have now had two birthing experiences with Jeni and both while being very different births, were just so beautifully and lovingly handled. The doula experience is not just the birthing process either… the emotional support I received during pregnancy, the education on literally everything, and the postpartum check ins were just as valuable as the labor and delivery support. Although, as I walked through the halls of the hospital breathing through contractions, and literally had my doula in the shower with me coaching me along, I remarked several times that I just do not understand how anyone comfortably and calmly gives birth without a doula! 100% worth the money to make your birth experience something you actually want to remember, like I do. I cherish every single memory I have of how both of my littles came into the world, and I honestly don’t think I could say that if I didn’t have my amazing doula Jeni by my side. These doulas are solid gold human beings.

If you are pregnant, you need to hire the Doula Platinum Collective. Erin was my doula, and her knowledge and support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and delivery was next level. My birth experience exceeded my expectations as Erin worked closely with my OB and the L&D nurses to provide me with the utmost care and advocate for my plan. From creating a calming environment to trying different techniques to progress my labor, Erin was a critical factor in my flawless labor and delivery. I can not stress enough how hiring Erin put me at ease during my pregnancy as I knew I had a great team supporting me. You will not regret using the Doula Platinum Collective.

We couldn’t be happier choosing The doula platinum collective. Erin was amazing. She was there with me every step of the way. My husband constantly tells me how much calmer he felt that she was there with us explaining everything and helping me all the way through labor and delivery. She was calm and knowledgeable. She’s such a positive force to be around. My husband told me “whenever we have another kid, I want Erin to be with us again”

I’m not one to post reviews, however I could never have survived my birth without Jeni! She was calm, helpful, always an advocate and when it came time to push, made sure I was fully supported. She even indulged me in showering during contractions. She had essential oils for when I was nauseous, and made sure my husband was included in the whole process. Because of Jeni, I had an amazing crew of nurses and the best possible birth story, albeit an intense birth, especially as a first time mom. She still continues to reach out and check on me. I call her a friend, but anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her as their doula!

10/10 recommend a birth doula! I cannot imagine going through the birth of my baby boy without Erin by our sides. From the start of working with Erin she was the calming force that I needed and was always there to help ease my mind and get me excited for giving birth to my first baby. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. She was there from the moment we needed her, advocating and supporting us the whole time. She helped me enjoy the day and the different challenges that came up. We laughed, we breathed, we talked through my fears and concerns. When things didn’t go exactly as I had planned she helped me talk through all of the options and outcomes and kept me calm the entire time. I can’t thank Erin and Jeni enough for their constant support.

Jeni is such a light and a true joy to work with.
We were fortunate to have her there for my scheduled cesarean. This was my second c-section and Jeni provided a sense of peace and calm for both myself and my husband - something that seemed unattainable during the birth of my first. From the lavender towels to the sense of "everything will be alright" every time I looked over at her - she provided the perfect support system. Added bonus - she took amazing pictures of the birth that we will be able cherish forever!

Erin, Lauren and Jeni were amazing! Erin assisted at my first delivery and it made all the difference. I couldn’t have done it without her! She was there through my entire labor and helped me achieve the birth I had desired. Lauren is so helpful and always willing to provide feedback/answer questions to anything I may need. All the staff at platinum doula collective were amazing and I highly recommend them for your next birth!

Lauren was absolutely amazing as my doula for the birth of our baby girl. She was always so supportive and available throughout my whole pregnancy. Her coaching, positive demeanor and presence at the birth at the hospital was a huge contributing factor to my positive birth experience and ability to have a natural birth. I would highly recommend! She will be my doula for all future babies!
