We used Doula Platinum Collective’s postpartum nighttime care for the first month after the birth of our second son and it was life changing. Even though I was exclusively breastfeeding, the care team made those nights infinitely more manageable for me in those early postpartum days. It can feel really vulnerable to trust your newborn with someone, but Jeni and her team are professionals who are incredibly helpful during such a vulnerable time. I wish we had used this service after the birth of our first son. I cannot recommend them enough!

We are grateful beyond words for Jeni and the incredible support she provided during my birth. Her calm presence, gentle encouragement, and immense knowledge made all the difference in helping me achieve the natural birth I had always hoped for. Thanks to Jeni I was able to enter the room feeling calm and confident. She knew exactly when to step in with guidance, cold towels, or a steady hand - and when to hold space. Jeni was one of my anchors through every contraction, staying collected in moments of change, while acting swiftly and thoughtfully. I cannot recommend Jeni and her services enough. If you are looked for a skilled doula, Jeni is not only the best, but will leave feeling like you’ve gained family - what a blessing to have her by our side.

Jeni gave me my redemption! She was truly there for me every step of the way, every curve ball, every question, and every "is this labor?" Jeni was calm, consistent, and reliable. I would hands down work with Jeni again if I was blessed enough to have another child. I am also working with Jeni's Night Nurses - they have been angels! I have learned so much from them - their patience, breastfeeding knowledge, infant tricks of the trade, etc. Jeni's whole team is a win!

I felt very comfortable with Karina right away, she was incredibly knowledgeable and was available for any questions I had during my pregnancy. When it came to my labor & delivery preferences, I told her exactly what I wanted and I could not have done it without her support and guidance! She provided emotional and physical support and it’s exactly what I needed in those moments to get me through my unmedicated delivery. She showed my husband how to support me as well during labor and it made all the difference! Karina exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a doula

We’ve used The Doula Platinum Collective for our two births (2022 & 2025). Using a doula was a new concept to us back when we had our first child but once we met Jeni it was a no brainer! Her compassion and knowledge make herself and her staff indispensable in the Labor and Delivery Room. Our first birth had complications that did not allow us to have our optimal birth wishes but having Jeni there to help us understand what was happening in real time helped us to make decisions as they were needed. Our second birth was completely ideal and we got every single birth wish checked off the box. It was an amazing experience that was absolutely enhanced by Jeni’s presence there. Even if you may have given birth before, the next time may be completely different! Having someone there to guide you, support you, give you grace, and be a sounding board, all from the side of experience, is something that we have found a huge amount of value in. Jeni is family now 💗 If you’re considering using a doula, these are your people!!

My experience with the Doula Platinum Collective was exceptional. I inquired in my first trimester because I was very anxious about pregnancy and child birth. Karina calmed my nerves from the moment I met her. She was so helpful with preparing me emotionally and gave me the tools to go through this journey confidently. I could not have done it without her! Hiring the Doula Platinum Collective was the best decision I made during my pregnancy which include pelvic floor therapy, prenatal chiro & more. I interviewed 4 local doulas and Jeni’s team was the clear choice.
I hired at 20 weeks pregnant and Karina supported me to have the unmedicated birth I wanted at Jupiter Medical. I worked in maternity for over 8 years and understand how much care and compassion goes into this job. I’m excited to have Karina assist in our next pregnancy. Jeni and Karina are truly part of our family and our little girl loves seeing her!
