Karina was a wonderful support for my pregnancy. She was always available with any questions I had or even just to talk if I needed it. Even though it wasn't in the cards for her to be there during the delivery the backup doula, Angel, she made sure to send,so was just as amazing and helped me get through the hardest part of the delivery. I highly recommend them as a doula team to get you through your delivery and be your advocate.

Words could never express how grateful my husband and I are for Jeni, but I'll try. Jeni was the rock that anchored me not only throughout my pregnancy, but during the birth of our first child. I was able to text her anytime during every fear, anxiety and worry that came up while navigating my prenatal period. In walking into the hospital to deliver my son, I was filled with fear of the unknown but was instantly calmed when I saw Jeni waiting for us at the front door. She allowed my husband and I to take in all the small wonderful moments leading up to the birth of our son. My husband was able to relax & fully focus on my son once he was born, while Jeni focused on me to help keep me calm & in the moment. She reminded me to breathe and her light, soothing touches helped to keep me present. I will be forever grateful for her helping us to have the most perfect birth experience we could've ever imagined. She is one of the most empathetic and loving souls I've ever met. Hiring her for this time of our lives was the best decision we could've ever made. Don't hesitate in adding her to your dream birth team. Thank you Jeni, we love you so much. I had an amazing experience with the doula platinum collective!! Karina was the absolute best! She answered all my questions and concerns throughout my pregnancy and made me feel more at ease and excited to give birth naturally. She was there for me everytime I felt nervous about a symptom and kept me informed about the choices I get to choose for me and my baby. She supported me through my very fast labor in all the right ways. My husband and I are so grateful Karina was there to help me bring our baby boy into this world!!

Jeni and Karina are amazing!
When I first reached out Jeni explained everything to me very thoroughly. Jeni works with you to find the right person and package for you. The package we chose provided us with Karina as our doula.
I cannot say enough great things about Karina. She was always professional, beyond knowledgeable, validating, supportive, and just a sweet person. You can tell she is truly passionate about this field of work. Karina was always there for me when I had questions and responded in such a timely manner. I attempted a natural birth and could never have made it as far as I did without her (complications wouldn’t let me go past 8cm). She made the birth process so much more relaxing and helped advocate when I literally couldn’t speak. If/when I have another child, I hope I can have Karina as part of the journey again. ♥️

It is my honor to provide my feedback on the amazing experience I received from Jeni & Karina at The Doula Platinum Collective.
I contacted Jeni a few days before I was scheduled to be induced and she was so warm, helpful and responsive. She recommended that I partner up with Karina and I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism, thoughtfulness, care, patience and education she provided to my husband and I. We are first time parents, thus, we were uncertain about a lot. Karina took her time to help walk us through the induction process and helped us make the best decisions along the way.
Karina helped me squat through some of my most painful contractions and massaged my back when I couldn’t stand any longer. She took all of the pictures I wanted to remember my precious princess being born and advocated for me. I am so lucky to have had Karina as apart of my labor and delivery tribe!

I had the pleasure of a TDPC doula at my birth and also 4 months of night nursing. Jeni and all her girls are amazing. They treat new moms with such kindness and it's hard to find someone with whom to trust your baby, but Jeni makes it easy. Our little girl was so well taken care of and loved by her night nurse and also was taught to sleep through the night!

I was so blessed to have Karina as my Doula. She was so helpful and supportive during my pregnancy and especially during my labor. I wanted a natural delivery and she supported me through that in every aspect. She played an invaluable role in making my delivery an empowering and positive experience. If I ever decide to have another child, I would most definitely want Karina by my side!
