Jeni and her team SAVED my sanity when I became a first time mom of twins. I would be at a total loss if I did not have Jeni’s team with me for the first 3 months of my babies lives. I learned so much from all of the postpartum nurses and my doula Lauren was absolutely amazing as well in guiding me through the emotional rollercoaster of postpartum life. I would 20/10 recommend her company to any parents with newborns!

Karina made me feel so supported during my entire pregnancy, especially during my labor and delivery. She made me feel so calm during my labor. I was living in a different city when I had my first, so it was daunting to have a new doctor, hospital and doula for #2. Because of Jeni, my second birth experience far surpassed my first. Her presence and knowledge immediately made me comfortable about my future delivery during our first meeting. She also has relationships with the hospital staff and drs which was a real blessing. Day of, she was very present and supportive. She was a real advocate for us and our little one. I was able to have an unmedicated birth, which wouldn't have happened without her support. Samantha MarionFebruary 19, 2024After receiving recommendations from other mommas within the community, we hired The Doula Platinum Collective for their night nursing services, and it truly was one of the best decisions we made in planning for the birth of our twin boys. Jeni is very knowledgeable, helpful and organized. She took the time to listen to our story, questions and concerns and helped us prepare a plan that best suited our family. Once the boys were born, Jeni assisted with scheduling our night nurse services on a weekly basis, accommodated our scheduling requests and was supportive throughout the entire process. Being first time moms and after a difficult birth, we were nervous to bring our twin boys home. And, as you might suspect, we were a bit apprehensive leaving our littles overnight with anyone other than ourselves. But, on our first night home from the hospital, Jeni sent the Mary Poppins of night nurses, Debi, to our home. Debi’s demeanor was calm and supportive, like a mother. From the first night on, we knew we could rest easy knowing the boys were in loving, capable hands. Debi has been an absolute blessing to our family. She is knowledgeable, supportive, caring, and has taken care of our boys like they were her family. Debi was with us three nights a week for several months. In the whirlwind of those first few sleepless months, we looked forward to “Debi nights,” because we knew the boys were well taken care of and we could get some much needed sleep. Debi was soon touted “Debi Poppins” in our house. The team provided a summary of care, including details about their sleep, feeding and diaper changes each night they were at the house. This was crucial to keeping the nights consistent and adapting/adjusting as their sleep habits changed. After implementing our daytime schedule and with Debi’s suggestions and assistance at night, both boys were sleeping through the night within 16 weeks. The Doula Platinum Collective provides an elevated service. The team is always available to provide support – whether it’s for parents or babies. We are so thankful we received this recommendation. We had a 30 hour labor and Jeni was by our side through all of the ups and downs encouraging us and giving us a sense of peace and confidence. This was our first pregnancy and it was so nice having an advocate to make sure our wishes were carried out and it enabled us to be so present and in the moment. Kassandra SchillingFebruary 1, 2024Words can't explain how I feel about this group! Jeni and Karina are the best!! We hired Jeni to be our doula and she was such a HUGE help in pregnancy, labor, delivery and in postpartum. This was my first birth so I was feeling a little lost, especially with the amount of information out there, and it was becoming overwhelming. Jeni guided me and helped us develop our birth plan, and made sure our birth wishes were followed. On delivery day, one of her other clients went into labor at the same time, so she brought Karina with her so neither of us moms would be alone. Karina was amazing and did wonders for me when dealing with pain management. She brought oils to massage my lower back during contractions, which helped so much!! She also knows so much about the medical side and I learned a lot from her. They both were there for me 100% and helped me stay present during the birth of our son (and an hour after). They also helped guide my husband and taught him things to do to help him counter my pain and be a part of the process, which was very important to us. Jeni and Karina both are great at what they do and are so caring. They both followed up with me postpartum to see how we were doing, which I did not expect. It really meant a lot. We are so thankful we hired The Doula Platinum Collection for our son's birth!

Jeni is an amazing support in the months leading up to birth, but she really shines when it comes time for the birth itself. She is supportive, attentive, intuitive, calm, and kind. Her good natured calmness has been earned through years of experience and many, many births. She is friendly with all hospital staff and it’s because she is a genuine joy to have on the birthing team. I definitely breathed a sigh of relief when Jeni showed up, and when she did she immediately began working her TDPC magic for creating the best experience possible. TDPC is wonderful and I would recommend them highly to anyone giving birth and considering a doula. Thanks Jeni!!
